I’m Tim Killeen and I run 11th Street Consulting. My experience and training have given me the skills and knowledge to truly be of service to others and I love that! My goal at 11th Street Consulting is to help leaders of organizations, from established businesses to small nonprofits, operate effectively and efficiently and to enjoy the journey along the way.
I went to Loyola University Chicago for both undergrad and law school (Go Ramblers!). I’ve worked in a traditional law firm, founded and run a not-so-traditional law practice, created and managed products at a tech startup, authored and improved automated business processes, and negotiated contracts with some of the country’s largest companies. My expertise lies in the overlap of organizational management and legal work which helps me form a holistic approach to problem-solving rather than the compartmentalizing that sometimes holds organizations back.
My wife, Nishaat, and I live in Corktown, Detroit with our dog/roommate Dave Anderson. We love to explore the city’s rich culture, food scene, architecture and history. We also enjoy cooking and making cocktails at home and traveling to see other parts of the country and the world. I’m also a longtime musician and love playing any instrument I can get my hands on.
